Billing and Shipping Policy - FREIGHT
$5.00 handling fee added to orders less than $50.00 total
*Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 total
*Free Shipping is “UPS Ground Service” within the 48 Continental United States/ Faster service is available at additional cost.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the United States are available at prevailing freight costs.
Please CALL or EMAIL for estimates on additional Freight Charges.

Warranty - TrimParts guarantees all products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. (Normal wear excluded from this guarantee.) TrimParts will issue a replacement for any product with a manufacturing defect.

Special Orders - Special orders, including custom colors, cannot be returned for refund, replacement, or credit. Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation. Carpet sets cannot be returned after being cut, trimmed, glued or altered in any manner.

Incorrect item shipped - TrimParts will replace product with original item ordered. Item must be reported within 30 days, after 30 days the item will not be credited. Credit card customers will be billed for Replacement, and credit issued upon receipt of returned product.

Item does not fit - TrimParts will replace with same item (same year, make, model, color and material). Credit card customers will be billed for Replacement, and credit issued upon receipt of returned product.

Subject to change without notice - All prices, identification numbers, specifications, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice.

Freight - F.O.B. TrimParts, Inc., Lebanon, OH 45036

Production time - Most TrimParts Items will ship within 24 hours.

Alteration – All TrimParts products cannot be altered in any manner (ex. cut, trimmed, painted, or glued).

Damages - If damages occur in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.

Carpet Style and Color - NOTE: Carpets are custom-made to order and are NOT returnable for color issues. Please contact us to request free color samples, if needed.

NOTE: Cut Pile and Loop (Nylon and Raylon) are standard-priced carpets and do not have an additional markup. Essex, Neon and Tuxedo are premium-priced carpets and a % mark up will be applied to the carpet order.

NOTE: We do not cut any holes in the carpet, and we leave all carpets long and wide, so the customer can achieve a custom fit to their car.
There will be cutting and modification involved in the installation process.
